Annie was prompt each day, followed instructions and did it with love! My pets clearly enjoyed her company–even my cat who is scared of everyone. By the end he was asking her to pet him! I appreciated the professionalism and thoroughness of Kim and Annie. My pets were relaxed and happy when I returned. I enjoyed my vacation because I knew I could trust them to take good care of my pets.

Linda (and sometimes Kim) visits our blind, elder cat every day when we’re away.  In addition to feeding, brushing and cuddling kitty – our mail, packages and even garbage cans are brought in.  They also email a report each day about kitty (with pictures) and anything out of the ordinary at the house.  Kim & Linda are very kind and responsible animal lovers.  The portal LBS uses makes it easy to request services and communicate.

They all did a wonderful job taking care of our crew. Hannah did the most visits and she was great! We loved her pics and visit recaps. All the sitters are great. They have a true appreciation of our young cat who needs lots of attention.  Linda has a special place in our cat Luna’s heart. She always goes above and beyond.  All are the best. Can’t say enough about the competence and comfort level we have.

Taro was so well cared for. Every day her photo showed just how happy and comfortable Taro was with Carol. After arriving home after almost 9 days, she was not shy or skiddish as she has been after being with other sitters. Our house was in great condition and it was obvious Carol was diligent with all of the basic care needed. I love the ease of booking online and how thorough communication is. We are so glad to work with you!

They were awesome!! We would definitely love to work with them again — although, we just learned that Ninov has a tumor under her tongue and might not be with us for much longer :( Little Bay Pet Services took great care of our 15-year old beloved kitty. We received daily updates and pictures, which made us feel better about leaving our furry friend home while we were on vacations. Thanks for taking such good care of Ninov!

Little Bay Pet Sitters have taken care and walked three of my pups over the years, and the service is excellent. They handle with ease, everything from the aging canine who needs a little more care and attention to the (overly) exuberant pup who struggles to keep her feet on the ground.
