Do you offer overnights visits?
Yes, Little Bay Pet Services, LLC. has an overnight sitter who will stay in your home while you are away. The overnight is a 12 hour stay. Additional visits are offered at the regular rate.
Do you offer in-home boarding?
We can accommodate visits to your home in the late evening and early morning hours; however, we do not offer in-home boarding at this time.
Do I need to give you a key to my home?
For the safety of your home and pet, we request a key to your home. You can be assured access to your home is kept strictly with your personal pet sitter. As an alternative, we can provide you with a lock box for a refundable fee. You can set the code and change, as needed.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, I am Red Cross certified, Pet Tech certified, insured, bonded and a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) and Pet Sitters International (PSI).
Do you charge extra for multiple animals?
No, our rates apply to the amount of time our sitters spend at your home caring for your pets. Please keep in mind that with extra animals, our sitters may require additional time to give appropriate attention for each pet in your home.
How do you treat inclement weather?
Rain, snow or shine–we will be there! We will give your pets the exercise and outdoor time they require, regardless of the weather conditions. If the elements are extreme, the sitter will cut the visit short and provide your pets with indoor play.
Are you available holidays or weekends?
Yes! Let us know your holiday or weekend plans and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What happens if my pet needs emergency care?
Your pet’s health and safety is our number one priority. Prior to starting home visits, we request your preference for veterinary services. In case of an emergency, the sitter would transport your pet to the preferred provider immediately and contact you for further instruction.
What additional services do you provide?
In addition to providing your pet with the best possible care, we will also collect mail; water plants and alter lights/blinds at no additional charge. Other special requests? Just ask! We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can I request /cancel a service through my pet care associate?
Unfortunately, all service requests and/or cancellations must go through the main office.
Can I leave a payment with my pet care associate?
All payments but be made in your client portal and checks mailed to Little Bay Pet Services.
Can I tip my Pet Care Associate?
Our pet care associates do not expect tips but are greatly appreciated for a job well done.
